JOB DESC
Define and communicate the overall vision, objectives, and goals of the product roadmap
Create, owning, and refining well-formed user stories
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategic
Create & implement Leads campaign to drive leads generation & conversion to customers
Continuosly defines ways to optimize value of the product and increase customer satisfaction
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and able to make suggestions on any opportunities for change
Analyze data and transform into specific strategic, including provide reports, presentations and recommendation
Given the mandate to act responsibly to manage KPI data of Leads Management tribe and its performance as well as preparing the regular reporting & updates for both internal and regional stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and problem solving skills
Detail orientated with strong analytics (including monitoring, analysis and reporting performance) and comfortable handling large volumes of data
Able to partner with cross functional teams
Experience with agile way of working
Highly creative, motivated and self driven person to achieve the goals
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & Power Point
Digital sales & distributions experience is preferred
