A new, modern, artsy restaurant with an industrial feeling, bringing the New York City downtown vibe to Jakarta. Le Burger will serve signature burgers with delicious sides and deserts, also offering fast breaksfast lunch Grab & Go style. With a beer garden attached to the restaurant, Le Burger will also offer a variety of beers on tab and bottles with exclusive hip atmosphere.
You will be responsible for all butchery in the kitchen. As a Chef de Partie Butcher you are knowledgeable of all culinary functions in general and demonstrate leadership qualities. You take great pride in preparing meals of the highest quality for the enjoyment of guests. You are well organized and able to work in a high-pressure environment. You take the time to ensure that the chefs in your section are well trained in all aspects of the menu and safe food handling.
As a Chef de Partie Butcher, you possess the leadership quality to run the show and maintain the high service standard in every plate served to the guests.
