1. Make employee contract

2. Doing the recruitment

3. Manage Operational HR work

4. Doing administration HR work

5. Responsible for attendance statistics

6. Updating and maintaining HR database, records and reports with accurate employee data

7. Processing monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll subject matter expert

8. Responsible for employee performance collection and statistics

9. Confident, organized and to make decisions quickly

10. Ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times

11. Solid previous office administration experience

12. Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements
1. Minimum 2 year experience as HR Generalist Role officer, administration or other HR position

2. FLUENT in ENGLISH is a MUST

3. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably Law and Human Resource Management)

4. Understanding of disciplinary procedures

5. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Maximum age 33 years old

8. Strong ethics and reliability
