Key Responsibilities:

Oversee campaign performance, track daily performance and seek for efficiency improvement in performance.
Consult the digital omnichannel team regarding campaign performance optimizations in order to maximize campaign outcome in regards to target KPIs.
Make data-driven decisions utilizing internal tools and campaign insights, to measure channel or campaign effectiveness.
Drive new initiatives to improve workflow and processes within the digital omnichannel team.
Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Work with advertising tools from Google, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, and other digital media platforms.
Analytical mindset and an excellent understanding of online marketing metrics like CPC, CTR, Impressions, CPA, CR, ROAS, etc. are a must.
Support team on creating a new marketing strategy and execution of digital marketing communications and campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of recent digital marketing experience.
Excellent understanding of Social media, Display and Search advertising on major digital marketing channels such as Facebook and Google.
Strong analytical mindset and knowledge of performance marketing metrics.
Outstanding skills in executing campaigns across various digital channels while ensuring that all campaign objectives and KPIs are met.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally.
Highly organized, good time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills.
