Residences Shift Engineer
Summary of Responsibilities
Residences Shift Engineer is responsible for performing daily logging activities to ensure repair and maintenance services are delivered in accordance with the established service and safety standards. The person supervises the Engineering technician team, making sure they attend to external and internal repair and maintenance requests.
Qualifications
Candidates for this position must have at least one year experience as a Shift Engineer in a luxury hotel or residences environment. They are required to possess personal attributes and competencies that are essential for successful repair and maintenance services in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment. In order to be highly productive in the job, candidates must have computer literacy and be able to communicate in moderate English, both spoken and written.
