About the Role

We are SmartCyber, member of Cybertrend, one of the leader data science consultants in Indonesia.

If you’re looking to be a part of a high-functioning, dynamic team this may be the role for you. As our Marketing & Partnership Specialist, you’ll take responsible for researching, developing, and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet the company’s goals

We are looking someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relation, Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in event management is preferred.
  • Strong in campaign creation.
  • Proven history of success in SEO, SEM, and Digital Campaigns.
  • Having knowledge in Social Media Platform (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, tiktok, ect.)
  • Creative and excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill.

The work you’ll do:

Partnership

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners
  • Exploring opportunities to bring new potential partners
  • Support the management of current portfolio of business partnerships
  • Research and manage the pipeline of prospective business partners, assisting at new business meetings
  • Provide on-going administrative support, including reporting and planning
  • Coordinating with legal consultant for any cases
  • Review and prepare legal contracts and other related documents to support various business activities, including to participate in any negotiation relating with her/his area of responsibilities.
  • Update any regulations related to business activities to ensure those activities are implemented as related updated regulation
  • Filling for legal documents as well as to ensure that no legal document is missing

Marketing

  • Manage all marketing materials, website updates, and social media presence on behalf of the Company
  • Proactively generate ways to advance the Company brand in industry trade publications, digital media, speaking opportunities, conference participation and other forms of advertising
  • Create & implement the annual marketing plan budget
