  • Menangani keluhan dan kendala konsumen melalui telepon
  • Membuat report dengan cara input ke system menggunakan bahasa Jepang
  • Memberikan masukan dan membuat konten promosi social media

Kualifikasi

  • Pria / Wanita maksimal 32 Tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1
  • Menguasai bahasa jepang secara verbal dan non verbal
  • Memiliki sertifikat test bahasa jepang minimal N3
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Bersedia untuk bekerja shifting
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Raden Saleh (Jakarta Pusat)
  • Aktif bersosial media dan aware terhadap tren yang sedang berjalan

Salary: From Rp5,500,000 per month
