About the Role
Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be ourPeople Operations Officer. In this role, you will be an integral player within the People Operations based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Focusing heavily on People Operations’ main processes, you will help to manage Payroll Services, handle Employee Benefits, and Employee Administration. The folks in the GoTo Financial People Operations team(s) will be your companions on this ride. Your efforts will band together to enhance the company's operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Support end to end people operation process under PT Rama and GTF
Ensure all HR processes and practices comply with the requirement of the regulator
Coordinate with People Ops team from other business units under GTF to ensure employees under PT Rama have the same people experience
Solve any HR Operation related issues under PT Rama
What You Will Need
At least of 1 year of People Operations experience
Excellent problem-solving skills to drive and tailor your strategies and creatively identify new solutions to resolve challenges
An understanding of People Operations main processes; ability to creatively identify new solutions to unlock pipeline and remove roadblocks to ensure efficiency
A team player and highly collaborative to create ideas that will make the job easier and more efficient
Passion to learn new skills and knowledge
Ability to manage and making a priority of several tasks in hand to complete all tasks on time
About the Team
Our People Operations team is a big family of over 50 team members stationed in Indonesia, India, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. The gist of our role is to be a strategic operations partner in delivering people operational excellence to further scale Gojek. Working closely with the various COE teams, it's our job to ensure we offer an exceptional employee experience for all of our GTF employees.
All that said, don’t be fooled by our hard work; we know how to play hard, too. Contrary to popular belief, our team actually enjoys each other’s company. When we aren’t busy scouring recruiting websites or conducting interviews, you’ll find us ordering some delicious meals on GoFood (what can we say... we're loyal), battling it out in a game of Among Us, or trying to survive an intense workout session together.
