Build and maintain a good relationship with customers / tenants
Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively
Carry out handover activities / BAST for new tenants and tenants who have expired
Responsible for controlling the kiosk
Designing promotional media with creative ideas for ITC development
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree any major
Minimum 3 years of experience as Customer Relation in retail or shopping center
Have the ability to create promotional content for tenants on multi social media platforms
Used to working with predefined deadlines
Good communication skills
Computer literate (Ms.Office)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity
Willing to be placed in ITC Roxy Mas, Central Jakarta
Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service/relation fields.
