Assist the Building Maintenance & Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, improvement and supervision of the condition of ITC facilities and infrastructure, especially in the electrical and electronic fields.
Includes design, specifications, costs, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field.
Responsible for electrical and electronic reports.
Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly work plans and submit maintenance budgets.
Handling external and internal customer complaints regarding the building's electrical and electronic facilities.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
Have experience in multi-story building operations.
Mastering Ms. Office and other programs according to the field.
Willing to be placed in ITC Fatmawati, South Jakarta.
Wajib Menguasai rumus formula Ms. Excel (Pivot table, Hlookup dan Vlookup).
