Date Posted: 2021-10-18-07:00 Country: Indonesia Location: PT Citas Otis Elevator, Kompleks Ruko Royal Food Square A3, Jalan Marina Raya Semarang, Indonesia Responsibilities Support Management on decision making through financial analysis and target setting. Support key meetings/activities including monthly financial closing, monthly forecast review, business review and budget/plan review with financial analysis report and deliverables.
  • Set up target and actions plan together with respective department head.
Drive team to achieve target set through process improvement meeting with respective stakeholders.
  • Support leadership on other ad hoc projects or assignments.
  • Develop the talents via the operational audit program, improve auditors’ audit & other relevant skills, and enhance their knowledge of the business operations as well as the understanding of internal controls.
AR Management Enhance billing and collection process and analyze monthly AR performance to support billing and collection team to achieve target.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly AR performance including collection report, unbilled AR and AR reserve analysis.
  • Set up target and actions plan together with billing and collection team.
  • Drive billing and collection team to achieve target through process improvement, collection incentive scheme and daily/weekly meeting with respective stakeholders.
Sales in Progress (SIP) Management Oversees the sales in progress (SIP) and costing committee meeting and ensures that sales and cost accounting are allocated according to corporate procedures and in compliance financial accounting standards.
  • Prepare and analyze historical cost to compare budget and find out the root cause of cost over run.
  • Set up standard costing and project milestone through costing committee meeting and SIP meeting with respective department head, project manager and project engineer.
  • Manage cost accounting staff in day-to-day performance of their job and drive field team to meet cost budget and project milestone through process improvement and weekly SIP meeting with project manager and project engineer.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related business disciplines.
  • CFA or other Finance qualifications preferred.
  • Total 8-10 years of experience in finance required.
  • Multi-national company experience in manufacturing and construction environment are preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the demonstrated ability to deliver results.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills.
  • Process improvement mindset with strong attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet the tight deadline with good work attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written English reporting skills.
