Job Descriptions:
  • Prepare & Delivered Agreement for customers
  • Check all the completeness of Customers support document
  • Prepare and input billing invoice for Customers to Bank Virtual Account
  • Deliver billing invoice to Customers & Prepare TTS & receipt for customers
  • Daily Collection to Costumers & Follow up via telephone and WhatsApp
  • Prepare Billing collection report, Weekly Aging Report & Aging Analisa Report
  • Prepare Penalty report from Billing collection
  • Prepare agent commission report from incoming money from customers
  • Filing and Documentation all customers document
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office and SAP)
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
