What will you do?

  • Provide General Information and Quick Response/Answer to The Customer for : Logistic inquiries & Technical inquiries.
  • Customer Complaint Management
  • Handle special case due to Faulty product / Quality info
  • Reporting
  • Additional jobs based on the needs for improving customer satisfaction
  • QSHE

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

  • Bachelor Degree: Electrical Engineering
  • Specific Requirement: Agile, digitize, willing to learn, excited for any challenge, good attitude, able to maintain a good relations with the customer
