What Will You Do

  • Forecast & Laptop purchase for new joiners & Laptop ownership program
  • Identify & list the condition of HF old Laptop and provide a solution for future Laptop usage
  • Manage reparation for all laptop and tech accessories
  • Install / Troubleshoot laptop, Windows, MacBook
  • Monitoring and handling issues for network and internet at HappyFresh office and Happyfresh sites
  • Working closely with IT support to install an internet network in the upcoming HappyFresh Supermarket sites
  • Willing to visit Happyfresh Supermarkets if there are issues that cannot be resolved remotely.

What Will You Need

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in tech/ computer science degree - Min. 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Heaving knowledge for Windows ( 10, 11 ), macOS ( MacBook ), Linux
  • Heaving knowledge for Networking: LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN
  • Heaving knowledge with Mikrotik, PFsense, or other Router OS
  • Wifi installation and management ( Unifi Wifi, other Brand )
