Our client is seeking a professional with experienced offshore/BPO Operations to assist in the creation of a new Offshore business and oversee all functional Operations and activities of the new business. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
As an ideal candidate, you will have a proven success managing on offshore/BPO or similar multiple departmental business and help drive toward maximum efficiency and productivity. You'll be highly skilled across all aspects of an offshore business, including human resources, finance, and IT management. Additionally, you'll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team.
Your ultimate responsibility is to oversee all offshore business functions, increasing operational efficiency whilst maintaining a strong team culture.
