As Assistant Nestlé Nutrition Business Unit Controller, you will be responsible to assist in co-piloting the consolidated Nestlé Nutrition business (Nestlé Infant Nutrition + Wyeth Infant Nutrition), ensuring reliability of financial records and internal control across Business Unit and providing data and analysis to support a decision-making process; based on current business environment & specialist financial knowledge.

A day in the life of Assistant BU Controller

Support Nestlé Nutrition Business Unit Controller in the Monthly Business Planning Process, prepare and provide transparency and direction towards target achievement at any time in the process. Participate actively in the Dynamic Forecast process for brands under responsibility.
Work closely with Decision Support in order to provide timely, credible, accurate information and reliable data.
Responsible for Key Performance Indicator's (plan and actual) of brand under responsibility
Ensure potential risks and opportunities are anticipated. Provide external & internal information for benchmarking.
Review monthly expenditures against budget to ensure timely & accurate recordings. while identifying opportunities/savings and effectiveness of spend.
Assist BU Controller in overseeing statutory & compliance activities requirements for PT Wyeth Nutrition Sduaenam and drive implementation/completion projects (Statutory & Internal Audit, AGM, Tax audit, etc.)
Support Business Innovation and Renovation, providing cost calculation and profitability analysis.
Coach financial matters to all business unit team members.
Support special ad-hoc projects (if any).

What will make you successful

A bachelor-degree holder (S1) with minimum 3 out of 4.0 GPA, with subject of Accounting, Finance and or Business field
Min. 3 years experience in Finance/Accounting Field.
Having experience one or several career steps in factory or decision support
Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
Good Command of English
