Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the expansion, execution and overall development of digital agency, B2B and B2B2C sales channels to breach exponential revenue growth line with business plan in Indonesia.
  • Strategise with Senior Leadership members regionally to form long-term partnerships with large ecosystem players (telcos, fintech, wallets, social and e-commerce, electronic retailers & distributors, healthtech etc) to drive similar exponential customer and revenue growth in Indonesia.
  • Lead the product and partnership proposals and execution for strategies and emerging market players that match with the company strategics' business plans.
  • As part of a team, participate in the development of wide range of product inventory that serves both partners and future direct B2C channels. Capture demand by performing customer segmentations in a data-driven way. Be creative with campaign strategies to drive conversions.
  • Supervise the acquisition of new and the retention of existing agency networks (online to offline agency channel) nationwide headed by our Chief Agency Officer leading in with employee health insurance benefits, personal accident insurance, motor insurance, property insurance etc for businesses, local communities and retail market.
  • Manage and motivate all sales and partnership teams including but not limited to running routine sales meetings and reporting sales performances.
  • Be creative and initiate new sales strategies so that Sunday is always hacking growth and ahead of the market.
  • As part of a team, work closely with regional and local products, data, tech, customer services, operations and finance teams to promote reach and conversion to our digital platforms and the superapp.
  • As part of a team, work closely with our Chief Operations Officer to localise all digital platform(s), web-app(s) and native app(s) while identifying new features to further differentiate our offerings.
  • Manage and continuously simplify operations and customer services teams to ensure that processes are always smooth, and that responses to customers are quick and effective.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business or another related subject and will have proven sales experience, with at least 8 years experience in sales management from any industry are welcome!
  • You have a proven record of managing clients relationships, partnerships and able to grow revenue at least 2-3x YOY growth.
  • Strong in leadership, strategic thinking and people management as well as negotiation skills. You will need to manage teams from Gen X to Gen Z.
  • Prior experience in a sales lead capacity with any exciting industry
  • A natural affinity with technology and sales, but above all of that, you have passion and drive.
  • Lastly, you are excited about Insurance, InsurTech and believe that this will be a new trend in this country.
