Job Description

In your new role you will:

Perform requirements engineering, design, development, testing, user training, and deployment of factory integration application solutions in a systematic way.
Provide operational support and contribute to problem management for pro-active management of FI application services.
Monitor system health and capacity and perform pro-active system maintenance to ensure reliable 24x7 operation of mission-critical applications.
Review incidents from the team and provide feedback regarding handling and SLA status.
Provide guidance to the team in the resolution of incidents.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, OR 3-year diploma with minimum 3 years working experience in the related field.
Possesses a hands-on approach towards work and good initiative and outspoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and a team player in a global setup.
Knowledge of application maintenance and/or development in Windows environment (.net, C#).
Knowledge of distributed systems and middleware (e.g TibcoRV, MQ series).
Knowledge of database system and/or development (e.g Oracle PL/SQL, SQL scripts, MS SQL).
Knowledge of the UNIX operating system
