The primary responsibility is to support product penetration and markets expansion with the trends and market insights
Developing and executing strategic marketing plans related to product launch, brand activation and product segmentation
Perform intensive market research to identify potential new market and opportunity
Responsible for providing monthly sales forecast, meeting sales budget and case attendance for the assigned product portfolio and sales territory
Identify business opportunities, formulate marketing strategies and ensure effective implementation of territory action plans
Grow and generate sales through all channel
Able to play a role in contributing business development ideas & strategies and execute diligently to achieve company’s goals
Maintain existing account and establishing new accounts database by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunity, including canvasing if necessary
Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies
Have the ability to analyze the market, negotiate, be sociable, understand the accounting system in general
Good analytical thinking, creative, innovative, and self motivated
Have extensive relationships related to the field of work

Previous working experience as a Marketing Manager/Business Development Manager for 2+ years
BA degree in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of market research, branding, and PR and channel marketing
