Job Description

Persyaratan
1. At least minimum 3 years in the property industries

2. Has experience handle Town House Project (Not Apartment)

3. Must good speaking and written skills in English business level

4. Good computer literate (Microsoft office)

5. Good presentation skills.

Tanggung Jawab
1. Oversee and develop marketing campaigns including promotional activities;

2. Conduct research and analyse data of prospective customers;

3. Maintain marketing and promotional tools;

4. Organizing event and products exhibitions;

5. Update databases of customers;

6. Maintain relationship with property consultant, co ntractor, agents, customers, and related parties;

7. Monitoring property agent performance for sales progress;

8. Well understanding about concerned agreement;

9. Oversee advertising, publicity and brand strategic management;

10. Well known and have direct experience about end to end selling property process and documentation of property transaction;

11. Known permit related to residential and commercial property.
