Job Description

  • Lead and manage the security engineering team to design, implement, operate, monitor and maintain the security processes and solutions available at the Financial Services Platform;
  • Closely collaborate with the product and engineering team to ensure the security of our application product and services including supporting infrastructures and platforms;
  • Drive the maintenance of security processes and solutions. This include but not limited to security testing, security vulnerability and security incident management;
  • Drive the collaboration with other security teams within the organization to ensure cyber and information security at the financial services platform;
  • Manage the delivery of projects and BAU activities of the security engineering team;
  • Drive the security engineering culture within the product and engineering team;
  • Coach and mentor the security engineers to build, standardize and maintain capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 12 years of hands-on experience cyber security engineering that includes at least 4 years of leading a cyber security engineering team;
  • Hands-on experience in driving security automation, security-as-a-code, application security testing and vulnerability management initiatives;
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on security within an agile development, devops environment, e.g., SAST, DAST, security automation;
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on web and mobile security architecture, framework and testing methodology, e.g., OWASP;
  • Strong hands-on experience in working in cloud infrastructure and microservices architecture;
  • Strong hands-on experience on programming and scripting language
