Job Description:
  • Design and execute customized candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with sources, coordinators and hiring managers to achieve the best results possible
  • Involve in interaction and preliminary discussion with the shortlisted candidates
  • Execute and support onboarding activities in a timely and effective manner to deliver a seamless and personable experience to new hires
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Lead coordination and execution of team building & other employee engagement activities
Requirements:
  • BS in HR or relevant work experience
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle hiring using various interview techniques and interview methods
  • Working experience on using HRIS
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and an empathetic mindset
