Job Description:
Design and execute customized candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with sources, coordinators and hiring managers to achieve the best results possible
Involve in interaction and preliminary discussion with the shortlisted candidates
Execute and support onboarding activities in a timely and effective manner to deliver a seamless and personable experience to new hires
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
Lead coordination and execution of team building & other employee engagement activities
Requirements:
BS in HR or relevant work experience
Hands-on experience in full-cycle hiring using various interview techniques and interview methods
Working experience on using HRIS
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Problem-solving abilities and an empathetic mindset
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customerâs complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution toâ¦
