About the Company:

Our group client is a company that built from 20 years experience in direct-to-consumer company and retail store. They do also having other companies in a group that is related to hygiene and beauty - cosmetics products as well.
Our client have been operating since 2012 and become a leading and professional private label cosmetic contract manufacturer in Indonesia. They are also a cosmetic exporter with good reputation through our professional skills and experience in the cosmetics fields. The complete production facilities and professional personnel which competent to produce high quality and efficient products. This company providing OEM / ODM partner and already have CPKB, PKRT and HALAL certificates to meet local and global standards. They have a well-experienced R&D team to formulate a variety of innovative cosmetics referring to the latest market trends to meet our customers’ needs. To prepare the future development of the company, a new factory, state of the art cosmetics supply, will be ready in 12 to 18 months in Sentul Industrial Estate.

Responsibilities:

Managing vendor and supplier selection that based on quality, pricing, and support capacity
Developing strategic relationship with key suppliers for the company
Maintaining the vendor and supplier network database
Monitoring the purchasing agreements / contracts with suppliers
Evaluating the compliance level of the agreement and related policies with suppliers
Monitoring the cost, quality, and delivery performance level
Managing the cost budget for purchasing department

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above
Having 5+ years in purchasing / Procurement fields
Having 2+ years experience in garment, apparel, fashion related industry
Having the network database for raw material and packaging suppliers worldwide would be a must
Experienced on managing procurement or purchasing team is a must
