Able to open and close the store and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division
Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other store expenses
Must approve all schedules as well as approve all hiring, training and terminations within his/her store
Contracted vendors (pest control, cleaning services, mechanical service teams) are his/her responsibility to coordinate
Acts as the liason between the holding office and the local building management for day to day activities
Partake in tradeshows other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Food and Beverage Services Management, Hospitality, Tourism
3-5 years of working experience in setting up outlet coffee, cafetaria
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinator specialized in Food & Beverage/ Coffee shop as BARISTA
Pengalaman sebagai spg dan kasir di retail fashion min 1 Tahun.
