About the role


Work Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Reporting To: Regulatory Manager

Key responsibilities


  • Ensure product and material compliance to local APMEA regulations and Kerry policies.
  • Supports internal / external stakeholders across the region by providing standard technical information.
  • Create and maintain regulatory documents.
  • Liaise with RD&A, QA and Operations counterparts for technical documentation reviews.
  • Manage emerging issues (i.e. be the point of contact to internal stakeholders as required).
  • Provide support when required during external audits (e.g. contact suppliers / liaise with relevant bodies).
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of food regulations across APMEA region.
  • Understand & share best practice / trends internally (i.e. knowledge management across regions).
  • To perform any duties assigned from time to time by superior e.g. Queries, Projects, Audit support.

Qualifications and skills


  • Degree Holder in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the flavour and fragrance industry.
  • Executes against functional initiatives.
  • Responsible for some projects and able to provide input to more complex projects.
  • Has developing regulatory knowledge associated with the food industry
  • Extensive knowledge of flavor & fragrance is preferred.
