Job Description:

  • Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standart
  • Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team
  • Analysis the customer survey to identify dissatisfaction of customer experience and expectations
  • Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in similar position min 3 years
  • Experience in manufacturing, woodworking manufacture is a plus point
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Ability to join ASAP is a plus point

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Experience:

  • Quality: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Similar position: 1 year (Preferred)
