Job Description

Creating contract agreement with our partner and client

Able to give legal analysis

Negotiate and review commercial agreements

Research and prepare legal opinions on the various legal matter

Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations

Responsible to all Company Legal Documents including obtain new license and update all the Company Legal Documents

As representative of the company in Legal Court
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law

Have at least 4 years of working experience as Legal Officer, preferably from Corporate

Willing to work all around Indonesia/Business Trip

Having certificate in advocate is a plus

Good communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical skill and sound legal judgement to support business needs
