Job Description

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :


  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap proses administrasi keuangan
  • Melakukan penginputan transaksi keuangan
  • Menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi
  • Menyusun jurnal pembukuan & laporan keuangan
  • Melakukan pembayaran invoice supplier
  • Menerima pesanan dan menerbitkan Invoice
  • Menyiapkan dokumen saat adanya Stock Opname
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait operasional gudang
  • Mengirimkan dokumen yang diperlukan tim internal lain


Persyaratan:


  • Usia 20 - 25 Tahun
  • Pendidikan Minimal SMA / SMK Jurusan Finance, Akuntansi
  • Memiliki pengalaman selama 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
  • Mahir dalam mengoperasikan komputer terutama MS Office, Orlansoft, dan sistem akuntasi lainnya
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
