The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to an individual, a small team or department. We seek a versatile professional who will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing highly accurate stock keeping for production needed, inventory control, monitoring all unloading process to support the achievement of the site’s business goals, support and control warehouse management system and all general administration in departemen t . Key Accountabilities
Receiving material from vendor / supplier and production.
Fully administer all documents for Incoming Warehouse.
Record the inventory in WMS and keep accurate and complete records to ensure that inventory are managed to prevent losses / expired and shrinkage.
Ensure that the Incoming materials received are stacked neatly and organized properly such that it complies with the safety, housekeeping, quality and logistic requirements
Ensure accuracy of all transaction and stock inventory
Filing management for all incoming warehouse document.
Ensure FIFO and FEFO is strictly followed
Monitor inventory levels of both Packaging, ingredients and raw meats.
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly end physical inventory and send the inventory report to the Supervisor.
Contribute to the improvement in areas of 5s, Continous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least diploma 3
Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing industry in the same position
