What you will do?

As a Sales Manager, Consumer Goods you will be responsible for developing and driving revenue from FMCG clients. You will work closely with the Product and DevOps team to deliver on client solutions. You will be a digital-savvy marketer with a strong approach to delivering measurable product performance for clients.

  • Possess a strong network across different verticals/industries to tap into for new sales opportunities
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the eCommerce, FMCG, Retail, Electronic & Gadget industry by both up-selling and cross-selling
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve business objectives in line with sales revenue targets
  • Involved in all pre-sales activities, sales pitches/presentations (including media plans), and tasks related to a client
  • Negotiate and finalize on terms for all commercial agreements
  • Monitor and evaluate sales metrics (considering quarterly and annual revenue targets), resolve conflicts, suggest actions to improve sales performance, and identify further opportunities for growth
  • Lead and manage the team to ensure that the portfolio of accounts is effectively managed and maximize sales growth
  • Own the campaign and liaise with the DevOps team to ensure campaigns perform in line with the client’s expectations/targets
  • Align and support other segments/ other markets within the business
  • Manage incoming revenue and liaise with the collections team
  • Prepare, execute, evaluate sales and business plan after approval


What skills and experience you will need?

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales at a digital media agency or telco background
  • A proven sales record in building eCommerce, FMCG, Retail, Electronic & Gadget client portfolio
  • Passionate about networking and building relationships
  • Hard-worker with strong business acumen
  • Interested in Mobile Wireless, Digital, and Advertising
  • Self-motivated and able to meet tight project deadlines for accounts
  • Ability to work across different teams and cross-sell
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
