Associate Travel Administrator - ( 2202484 )

Job Overview:

Over-all responsibility is project execution of Travel Administration procedures activities.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for searching, arranging and coordinating travel, transportation and accommodation for employees according to specific organization’s business and budget needs of employers, employees and/or clients within an organization.
  • May also need to be ‘on call’ beyond normal business hours in order to address any needs an employee may have in transit.
  • Provides travelers with directions and destination information.
  • Knowledge of relevant flight regulations and required travel documentation
  • Because of the unpredictable nature of the transportation industry and the complex task of coordinating employee schedules with business deadlines, a travel administrator should be an exceptional organizer, communicator, multi-tasker and problem solver.
  • To manage travel department telephone line and disseminate the information to the related Travel clerk in charge.
  • To ensure petty cash amount are sufficient for day to day operations and to remind all Travel clerks to submit their petty cash report at the earliest to audit insufficient amount.
  • To ensure RFT provided before ferry ticket deliver
  • To ensure back up copy passport to be recorded and centre stub of ticket is returned
  • To file all related documents accordingly, to ensure all data is recorded in the RAFT system properly to avoid discrepancies upon auditing
  • To do ferry booking for expats
  • To ensure RFT in Kissflow provided before ferry ticket deliver
  • To ensure back up copy passport to be recorded and centre stub of ticket is returned
  • To file all related documents accordingly, to ensure all data is recorded in the FERTIS

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Proficient n MS Office,
  • Hard working,
  • Good interpersonal skill (problem solving, empathy, effective communication, leadership, scrutinize)
  • Ready to work under pressure,
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Familiar with Material Shop Process
  • Experience 0 - 1 years
  • Education Diploma & Above
