Understanding of social media and news platform trending topics maintenance & regularly update the in-app content feed (relevant and related to Lifestyle/Emotion, Humor and Religion)
Planning localized content strategy and building creator’s community based on user needs analysis and market research
Handling local campaign operation & monitoring the creator engagement, retention and participation
Keeping a close relation with the creators, and educating them to create original, trending and interesting content
Responsible for data analysis (Content Impression, Interaction Rate, Creator Participation Rate, etc,) as well as competitor analysis
Bachelor's degree from a premier university or college
Advanced level English capabilities
Fair understanding of the social media and content industry related to Lifestyle/Emotion, Humor and Religion
A strong interest in mobile video App products and cross-cultures/countries collaboration
Fluent in English, good communication skills, no fear of challenges; a good Chinese speaking skill would be a plus
Previous working or internship experience with digital media or social media platforms (specifically in Lifestyle/Emotion, Humor and Religion category) is preferred
