Develop creative and engaging social media strategies and manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channel
Collaborate with Brand, Marketing Communications, Commercial Excellence, External Affairs, OPS Team, VAS Team and across streams to discuss what activity that will be running on social media
Define brands social media strategy and chart the calendar of campaigns and the execution plans
Define & explain weekly content plan review to Head Quarter
Manage and controlling Social Media budget with Cost Control and Procurement Team
Manage external agency for KOL, giveaways & partner relationship
Execute Instagram Live and collaborate with Brand, Studio & Creative team for the preparation
Manage Social Media Awareness Ads
Monthly & Weekly Social Media Analytics and Reports
Oversee all social media interactions between customers and the organisation
Social Media crisis handling, co-ordinate with customer support team to make sure customer queries are managed top notch.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience handling various social media platform
Good interpersonal skills. communication, team-player
Fluent in English and Bahasa both written and verbal is a must
