About the department
Customer Engagement Unit is a newly created unit within Novo Nordisk Indonesia, that provides you with the opportunity to drive overall Customer Engagement strategy and programs to effectively engage with HCPs. The team consists of highly motivated Commercial Excellence, Business Analyst, & Event Unit personnel who are passionate about improving the lives of patients with diabetes.
You will report to the Customer Engagement Director.
This position is in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The position
As a Scientific Event Executive, you will support the tactical execution of Novo Nordisk events, incentive program, conferences, and exhibition. Collaborate with marketing and sales and other cross functional teams to manage operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently. Develop and maintain good working relationship with community contacts and vendors. Assist in the coordination of logistics for conferences and external / internal events, including trade shows, customer events, and any other off-site events. Ensure effective processes and procedures to ensure smooth and professional running of the events.
Qualifications
You have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relation, Marketing or similar. You have 3 years of working experience in same position. You have strong background in event management, well organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities. You have a good track record on collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions as well as excellent communication skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must.
