Lead, manage, and direct the operational execution of Logistics (In & Out bound) in Retail.
Drive operation excellence of logistics to meet external & internal customer satisfaction.
Optimizing logistics operation process incl. warehouse handling, inland local distribution, etc to drive continuous improvement
Working closely with the 3rd party logistics provider to manage operational cost to service on Freight
Lead, guide & coach to develop & maintain the high level of logistics performance
Responsible and accountable for execution against the budget and manages optimal service vs. operational spending.
Optimal Route Design & Regular review with the sales team •Develop a cost-effective strategy for sampling (inland orders)
Maintains and reviews a range of Logistics performance measures to drive continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, supply chain or related major.
At least 5 years working experience in logistics, warehousing, and other related industries, at least 3 years working experience in retail logistics management.
Familiar with relevant knowledge and working process of logistics and distribution industry.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Careful, meticulous, and responsible in work.
Good command of logistics supplier resources and delivery is preferred.
Excellent English in reading, writing, and listening, as the main work language, Knowledge of Chinese is preferred
Understand, Inbound calls from customers with various questions and inquiries about Danfossâs products and services.
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Communicate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project.
