Job Description

  • Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Companys Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements
  • Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality, ensuring that targets are achieved
  • Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements
  • Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production
  • Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments
  • Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training
  • Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory
  • Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees
  • Ensure all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling
  • Production planning & machine maintenance and also proper utilized MMR
  • Detect potential issues/problems and provide alternate solutions in production
  • Ensure the quality of goods and the shipment is on schedule
  • Make and follow up onsite tracking of CAP/ CAPA & factory assessment if needed
  • FKR supports buyer quality initiatives at the factory level through processes monitoring, product capability evaluations, performance reporting, bench marking best practices and training factory staffs
  • FKR performs clear objective of improving overall product quality as measured through final inspections

  • Fluent in english (active)
  • Minimum 10 years experience in garment industry as QA Manager
  • Familiar with GAP/Target/Wallmart quality initiative
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes and specific knowledge for relative category
  • Ability to create reports, provide analysis and recommendations to improve quality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving (root cause) skills
  • Strong risk management and trouble shooting skills, works proactively
  • Ability to influence all levels of factory management
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
  • Good customer focus
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications
  • Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers
  • Good planning and organizing skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good leadership skill
  • Meticulous and diligent attributes
  • Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time
