About the Role


The Head of Channel Partnerships will be responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with channel partners. The People manager will be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue through the channel. The Head of Channel Partnerships represents the entire range of company products and services to partners in order to achieve partner recruitment and sales objectives.



What You Will Do

  • Acquire New POS partners
  • Identify the open opportunities across industry segments and build more channels
  • Farm the existing set of partners and proliferate our products across their network
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts/territories
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Proactively lead the joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Communication or related academic area
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Enterprise or Channel sales. Prior experience in e-commerce or tech companies will be a plus point
  • Prior experience in managing people/team is mandatory
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa and English is required
  • Ability to multitask, negotiate, persuade and influence others
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Advanced reporting and computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Proven ability to maintain projects and maintain effective relations with internal stakeholders.

The Merchant Payments team consists of experienced managers and executives who handle Merchant payment requirements in the offline payments space. The team is filled with vibrant, solid team players who often have to work to tight internal deadlines, support each other, and celebrate with peer-to-peer recognition initiatives.
