The Indonesia CRM Marketing in Grab is an established team responsible for accelerating customer base growth in Indonesia in multiple business verticals through customer insights, analytics, and lifecycle marketing initiatives, leveraging automation and operational excellence. We make an impact by nurturing Grab users in different life-stage and direct them to the right journeys. Our team is made up of a variety of individuals with different skills from planner, operation, to analytics who collaborate together in delivering the best solution for the users. Get to know the role
We are looking for a CRM Operation to work with stakeholders and build communication plans that connect Grab with its users in different life-cycles, give them the right treatment and offer from Grab’s product portfolio. You will use Grab’s owned media communication channel (e.g.: push, inbox, pop-up, EDM, etc) to communicate with users. You will become the owner of the Grab’s owned media channel and as business partner to your stakeholders your role will be to understand the business needs and provide campaign solutions that brings it close to the objective.
The Day-to-Day Activities
Working with stakeholders as a business partner. Understand the OKRs or the problems, define the strategy and action plans or solutions.
Collaborating with multiple parties both local and regional (e.g.: Analytics, Demand Planning, Marketing, Creative, etc) to enable the solutions.
Working with CRM Planner, developing communication plans from ad-hoc to journey treatment to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
Enabling new ways of approach through experiment, finding outside the box solutions to deliver new-new approaches.
Doing post campaign analysis, finding insights, highlights, and lowlights for next campaign improvements. Refining segmentations and testing effectiveness.
Learn on how competitors or other categories approach their users, nfuse that knowledge into campaign development and optimization.
Managing campaign calendar, edit and proofread content to ensure that messaging is clear and compelling for users, while adhering to content guidelines and tone of voice.
The Must-Haves
You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in CRM marketing in a fast-paced and highly competitive setting.
Detail oriented, organized, self-starter and a great communicator.
Ability to adapt and work in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Persistence, enthusiastic to learn new skills and have a can-do attitude.
Good analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
Good in project management.
Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheet, MS PowerPoint / Google Slide.
The Nice-to-Haves
Hands on experience in campaign management tools, lifecycle design, experimentation techniques.
Familiarity with personalized campaign communication channels.
Familiarity with Hypertext Markup Language (HTML).
Experience with copywriting and storytelling is a plus.
Experience in creating creative content and technical campaign briefs.
