About the Role As a Brand Executive for Gojek Logistics products, you will witness the growth and own the development strategy for the integrated communication plans and campaigns for multiple Logistics products and innovations. In this role, you will be an integral player within the Logistics Marketing team based in Jakarta, Indonesia. If you are a successful candidate, you will be responsible for supporting the Brand Manager on crucial processes related to implementing brand vision into brand strategy, drive awesome campaign planning development, and handling end to end marketing initiatives. The folks in the Logistics brand, product, analytics, creative, media and strategy teams will be your companions on this ride. Your efforts will help us to maintain Logistics leadership in the market.
What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end campaign development including insight generation, campaign briefing, creative execution, 360 marketing channel planning and post-campaign analysis
Develop integrated campaign plans that include activations across many formats and channels (e.g. video, interactive, social)
Manage social media channels and influencers engagement to boost the brand love for Gojek Logistics services
Collaborate with Gojek brand team to align with the mother brand narrative and approach
Collaborate with cross-functional creative, media, communications, analytics, research and business strategy teams throughout the campaign development process
Partner with analytics, production and creative teams to develop robust and relevant communication for our users. Integrate learnings into campaign and media strategy so that campaigns are constantly iterating and evolving
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience working as a brand or product marketing team, or strategy & planning team in technology, telecommunication, start-up or FMCG
Experience in crafting marketing, communication and business strategy
Experience in end-to-end campaign development, from planning, executing and reporting
Experience working with cross-functional/cross-discipline stakeholders, and drafting and leading communication plans for internal stakeholders
Experience with solving problems and thinking strategically in order to translate user tension into business opportunities for company growth
Experience in brand health tracking on the reporting, trend monitoring and developing an improvement plan

The Logistics business to Gojek means providing the nourishment to sustain our business from the inside out; providing and solving the first mile and last mile solutions with strategic insights - Demand generation, supply, promotions and campaigns to improve the revenue growth. In short, we keep things moving. Our main responsibility is to build and manage business strategy for the wider Gojek Logistics Platform. We work hard and play hard and take pride in what we do!
