BASIC FUNCTION
Lead the HR function responsible both commercial and manufacturing entities. Be responsible for directing the administration, planning and coordination of Employment, Communications, and Training, Employee Benefits, Wage and Salary and Organizational Development. In charge of managing, maintaining, and enhancing HR department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices, while also managing the greenfield project from HR perspective, and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.

- Governmental Employment Offices
- Businesses, industries and associations.
- Newspapers, radios and TV stations.
- Vendors (Department capital expenditures.)
