As a Junior Engineer, you will kickstart your journey with a structured 6-month on-the-job program, covering hands-on exercises on software engineering fundamentals and best coding practices using the common tech stacks and tools used in the development centre, as well as simulated projects on different areas of specialisation (backend, frontend, quality assurance). At the tail-end of the program, you will be supervised by dedicated mentors to complete product-line specific tasks that will give you insights into the business architecture and technical specifications of the system(s) that you will be building.
By the end of the program, you will be ready to solve complex, real-world problems together with other experienced engineers in respective fields.
