To give support and assistance in Recruitment activities and act as Administrative support for HR division.
Recruitment Support :
Recap and archive all the employee requisition submitted by user
Input all the candidates information to the Recruitment Databases and assist in shortlisting process
Arrange for HR test and interview schedules
Assist to conduct HR test, and keeping the confidential psychometric documents under the guidance from HR Talent Acquisition
Perform other related duties as required
Administrative Support :
Assist HR Compensation & Benefit to prepare monthly billing from insurance provider, employee social security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan), and employee public health coverage (BPJS Kesehatan)
Preparing summary of Attendance and/or Log Time report including Overtime Record, act as first checker for medical reimbursement, and support another ad hoc report when needed
Archiving all submitted documents to the Finance Department including but not limited to: All payment requests, medical reimbursement, etc.
Assist the correspondence matters and regulate the letter reference number
Register the new employees to the fingerprint attendance machine
Help organizing and updating employees personal information in Talenta HR system
Perform other related duties as required
Possess at least Bachelor degree of Human Resource Management or Law with Min. GPA 3.00 from a reputable university
Fresh graduate or at least 1 (one) year of extensive experience in the same position
Deep understanding related to recruitment administration
Ensure all relevant standard are respected along manufacturing process.
