Get to know the Role:
Reporting to Channel Partner Manager, you will be working together with a team to ensure the successful delivery of fleet advertising campaigns throughout the Grab ecosystem. On top of ensuring that projects deliver on time, the candidate ensures that the fleet operations are smooth and optimised with other stakeholders. You are required to create collective data & updating reports for GrabAds internal team. You’ll work cross-functionally with Grab other stakeholders to provide operation support to fleet partners
The day-to-day activities:
You support operational data campaign recap, day to day communication as required
You are responsible for processing campaign communication through internal communication
You will manage payment schedule for campaign participant (our driver’s)
You will be the primary source of support for fleet campaign in areas DAX invitation, payment request, access to several internal platform
You proactively review and provide related reports and backend works related to operation and ensure reconciliation with fleet partners
You work together with central operations and other verticals to ensure smooth campaign execution
The must haves:
You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
You have 2-3 work experience, especially in OOH field or Automotive
You can use data and to identify trend and tell a story
You are proactive organised, insightful and can communicate your observations well, both written and verbally
You are willing to get hands-on and proactively assume responsibilities to support your team
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and GSuite and have competency in data analytics tools
