Job Description

Ensure that all team members understand Scrum/Agile Development values and principles

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily Scrum meetings

Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

Ensure the progress are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies

Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant field

Minimum 1 year experience as a Scrum Master

Having good personality, leadership, communication and problem solving skill

Having great understanding of teams and group dynamics
