Job Description

As an official partner of Indonesia Tax Authority (Direktorat Jenderal Pajak), Fintax are committed to revolutionize tax administration system in Indonesia hence the Taxpayers can experience a seamless, secure, and integrated tax solution.

We are currently looking for professionals to help us reach out to our potential customers to help manage their taxes better. As a Freelance Telemarketer, your main responsibility would be:

Cold call our list of customers and influence them to reactivate their subscription

Helping the BD team in doing reaching out to potential customers

Would be great if you:
Have prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing

Persuasive and able to persuade others

Able to expand script or outline given to explain product benefit and features

Proactive and target-oriented person

Willing to visit our office located in Jakarta Pusat for training
