Develop company's brand strategy and oversee its implementation to build and enhance brand awareness, imagery and equity
Develop social media strategy, and campaign strategy
Manage budget and monitor budget spend effectiveness against company's KPIs
Leverage marketing insights from data and user interviews to make decisions
Lead and mentor team to develop skill set, team culture and career path, as well as recruiting the right talents to build a highly effective team
The Successful Applicant
6+ years of experience in brand and creative marketing with experience in senior management from Tech company/ E-commerce/Agency/FMCG
Demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking with structured communication and data-driven critical thinking
Experienced in implementing initiatives in both online and offline channels
Demonstrate strong capability in leadership (able to build and develop the team)
