Job Description

We are Niagahoster, a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. To make Niagahoster web's and products' interface offers the best experience for the users, we are looking for a UX Designer. S/he will create an enjoyable design and journey in our product to ensure the best experience for our users. Moreover, the UX Designer will collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience. Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks will also be the main responsibility of this role. Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis;

Redesign workflow, processes of products and delivery process such as creation of visual designs, release planning and product reviews;

Collaborate with the product team to balance customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities also seek a deep appreciation of our problem/goals through usability tests;

Maintain and define the visual and UX patterns for our products to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience;

Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing page;

Gather and translate high-level requirements and use cases into detailed process flows, wireframes, and prototypes;

Revise and update designs and documentation through user testing and customer feedback

1-2 years work experience as UX Designer or similar role;

Portfolio of design projects;

Understand user journey and translate into tangible, high-quality design solutions;

Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;

Good time-management skills;

Design thinking;

Understanding of interaction design principles;

Knowledge of industry tools such as Figma, Miro, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and also Google Optimize;

A user-centric mindset & business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
