Min. Bachelor degree in Law/ Political Sciene or equivalent with min CGPA >3.00 from reputable universities
Have an experiences in Industrial Relation in Manufacture min. 1 years
Strong knowledge in Manpower Regulations or hands on with the Company Regulations
Familiar with major labour laws of Indonesia
Good communication, independent, highly motivated, excellent analysis, logic of thinking, negotiation & influencing skills
Have a driving licence (A, C)
Fluent in English Tanggung Jawab
Manage administrative tasks related to Industrial Relations or Employee Relations
Establish good cooperation with internal or external parties (unions, outsourcing, government/private institutions and other institutions)
Coordinate with teams from other divisions in handling problems related to legal cases
Assist HR Manager to formulate and recommends Policies, Company Regulations, and other regulations related to industrial relations
