Financial Crime Compliance (“FCC”) function is responsible for advising the business on the appropriate standards for compliance with the applicable AML/CFT laws, rules and regulations, advising on higher money laundering risk clients and transactions, providing training and the monitoring of client activities. In this role you would be an integral part of the firm’s FCC program reviewing and identifying FCC risks to Credit Suisse and assessing mitigating controls for significant risks associated. In addition, as a country FCC function, you would be in charge of regular/ad-hoc regulatory reporting in relation to AML matters and engage in Global and APAC FCC exercise, project, and control testing including sample testing or review of exceptions reports to ensure that the country FCC program, controls and processes are in line with expected program standards.
You will work with the Indonesian Country Compliance, a cohesive and dynamic team of individuals with varied qualifications and background. While you are expected to be mainly responsible for the FCC matters, the team provides country Compliance support across all business functions in Indonesia.
