Job Description

Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute and monitor local campaigns to increase both user growth and transaction volume growth for the local market
    • Plan and execute marketing partnerships to grow our brand awareness through channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability
    • Coordinate internal resources and work with other teams across all functions and business units to execute monthly campaigns as well as other marketing-related initiatives for Binance, including new launches, activations and local campaigns.
    • Execute on creative ideas to improve gamification of campaigns via in-house marketing tools (i.e landing pages & activity tools)
    • Support the marketing team on scaling the local affiliate and KOL initiatives
    • Craft and support product marketing launches for new and existing business lines and new product features updates.
    • Execute strategies to grow the local communities
    • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of key issues and development of next steps to solve them

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 year in a marketing role preferably in a fast-paced environment in tech/internet/ecommerce
    • Strong execution skills and strategic mindset for marketing. Familiarity with online and offline marketing channels
    • Organized, detailed- and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
    • Business level fluency in English and native level fluency in the designated local language (Indonesian);
    • Must have a strong interest in crypto/blockchain/technology space
    • Must be able to work independently. Strong work professionalism and collaboration to work remote with global marketing team members
    • University degree relating to Marketing is a plus
